Welcome to Daydream Forest Farm

We are a small family business that focuses on sustainability and low-impact food production. We grow and use our own feed and resources as much as possible.

Our farm produces delicious Shiitake mushrooms from our own coppiced woodland, and our livestock is fed with plants/feed grown by us. We follow the "no dig" method when planting crops and adopt companion planting, Permaculture, and Hügelkultur techniques to avoid using pesticides and artificial pest control.

While we may compromise on productivity to ensure there is no compromise on the health and biodiversity of the land and its inhabitants (not to mention the health of the person consuming the produce). As a result the food has a taste that can only be achieved by doing things the hard and what we feel is the authentically natural way.

We do not have a physical farm shop, but we do sell our produce directly to the public as it becomes available.
